Saudi Arabia is second largest crude oil producer. Therefore this will produce conflict in the coming years. Low oil prices in Saudi Arabia has posted record high budget deficits of $98 billion last year, with an estimated $87 billion forecasted for this year. therefore, in the coming years when this is a shortage of oil in Saudi Arabia this will lead to conflict in the streets, unless Saudi Arabia's government can come up with another solution for another source of their major income, conflict can then be avoided.
